2. Second stages (alkalizing, roasting and grinding) :

The clean nibs is put into the silo nibs, then heated up to 150° C in a reactor, at the same time the nibs would be mixed together with water and Potassium Carbonate, so that the desired acidity (pH) and color can be reached.
The output from the reactor will go through 2 (two) drying stages and processes to become liquor with 3 (three) steps of grinding machine (first grinding, intermediate, and fine grinding), to get constant and better fineness.
The result will be keep into some big silos for preparation to presses.
