3. Third stages (pressing, butter filtering, and pulverizing)

From liquor silos, the liquor will pumped to the pressing machines to separates the cocoa butter from cocoa cake.
The cocoa butter will be filtered to the cartoons passing the butter blocking off.
For the cocoa cake it will have to go through the hammering machines and or pulverized (Pin Mill) to get the desired from as requested by the client then packed.

This production processes is divided into 3 (three) stages, so that if one stage of production needs cleaning or maintenance other facilities activities will not be interrupted.
